Felicity
House is a charming cottage in the heart of the village of Staithes.
It is at the top of Church Street at the start of the Cleveland Way
footpath. The location is great
because while being peaceful and tucked away it is also only a short walk
to the pubs, shops
and restaurants in the main village—the best of both worlds!. The House
also has an enclosed yard at the rear and unusually for Staithes, a
dedicated car parking space. These features along with the wonderful sea
views make Felicity House a perfect place to relax and unwind. The house sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1
